About The Position

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. The Data Analytics track focuses on the evolving role of data insights and analytics in our consumer growth and marketing strategies. The Data Analytics PA will rotate through various technically challenging roles with a focus on data science, data analytics, and customer relationship management. These roles will represent a cross section of global and regional perspectives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience).
  • Relevant Data Analytics-related internship or work experience.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, and without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to relocate to New York City.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
  • Global exposure/study abroad.

Responsibilities
