About The Position
CDI Head Start is hiring a Preschool Teacher to educate, care for, and inspire children in a Head Start preschool classroom using a variety of teaching methods. The role is suited to a patient, compassionate, and energetic teacher who can help children succeed. The listed pay is $21.00 for a teacher on a waiver, $21.50 for an AA in Early Childhood Education, and $22.00 for a BA in Early Childhood Education. Requirements
- An associate or baccalaureate degree in child development or early childhood education, or equivalent coursework; alternatively, the applicant may be enrolled in an associate or baccalaureate degree program in early childhood education or a related field and must be able to obtain the degree within a reasonable timeframe after the initial date of hire.
- Must meet state licensing requirements.
