About The Position
The Preschool Teacher is responsible for managing the classroom and leading a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment for children. The teacher implements The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum, using its characters to make learning fun. The role also involves communicating regularly with parents about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions, and building strong relationships with families and coworkers to support an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- One year of professional teaching experience preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
