About The Position

We are seeking passionate Preschool Teachers to guide children aged 2 and 3 through joyful, hands-on learning using our PLAN curriculum. The ideal candidate will create a warm, safe classroom environment where every child feels seen and supported, partner with families to celebrate each child's unique development, and collaborate effectively with their classroom team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Education, or a related field
• Fluent Bilingual speakers - English and Spanish
• Deep knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• A warm, patient, and organized personality
• Successful state and federal background check per MSDE Office of Child Care regulations
• GSA security clearance through a government background screening (for federal center campuses)

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience working with young children
• Familiarity with MSDE regulations
