Requirements

• Preschool experience of 1–3 years
• MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum)
• A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Good communication skills and a calm, friendly presence
• Reliability and punctuality you take seriously
• Pass a state and federal background check as a condition of employment
• Receive GSA security clearance through a government background screening (for federal center campuses)

• Support the Lead Teacher in bringing our P.L.A.N. curriculum to life
• Help build a safe, nurturing space where kids feel secure and loved
• Jump in wherever needed — floating between classrooms as our thriving school needs
• Support each child's day-to-day needs with patience and care
• Bring positive energy to your team, your students, and their families
