About The Position

The Bilingual Lead Teacher is the heartbeat of the classroom, responsible for designing engaging days using the P.L.A.N. curriculum, which is woven with English-Spanish programming. The role involves building real relationships with students and setting the tone for a safe, joyful, and well-run room where children grow up bilingual from day one. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish and a commitment to supporting each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 3–5 years of relevant classroom experience
• A bachelor's degree is (preferably in the field of education).
• You may also need an MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum)
• Solid grasp of child development principles and instructional strategies
• Working knowledge of MSDE regulations
• A warm, friendly, unflappable demeanor is a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliability you could set a clock to
• Must pass a state and federal background check as a condition of employment.
• Applicants for our federal center campuses must also receive GSA security clearance through a government background screening.
