About The Position

Guide Preschool children, ages 2 and 3, through joyful, hands-on learning using our PLAN curriculum. Create a warm, safe classroom where every child feels seen and supported. Partner with families to celebrate each child's unique development. Lead and collaborate with your classroom team like the rockstar you are.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, CDA, or AA in ECE, Education, or a related field
• Fluent Bilingual speakers - English and Spanish
• Deep knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• A warm, patient, and organized personality
• Successful state and federal background check per MSDE Office of Child Care regulations
• GSA security clearance through a government background screening (for federal center campuses)

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience working with young children
• Familiarity with MSDE regulations
