About The Position
O2B Kids is hiring for its new Bentonville, Arkansas location, scheduled to open in January 2027, and nearby Fayetteville and West Fayetteville centers. Applicants may be considered for positions and locations that best match their preferred location, age group, availability, experience, and credentials. The role may involve working with children from infancy through school age; specific credentials may be required for some positions. Training and support, including scholarships for education, are available. The position includes carrying out lesson plans and curriculum, maintaining licensing requirements, completing assessments and observations, communicating with parents, and keeping the classroom clean. Full-time employees work Monday through Friday. Wages depend on experience, credentials, and the specific position.
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid.
- Some positions may require specific credentials.
Nice To Haves
- CDA, an associate degree, or higher.
- Experience working with children ages 0–13.
- Training and experience are preferred; the employer is willing to train and support education through scholarships.
Responsibilities
