About The Position

O2B Kids is hiring for its new Bentonville, Arkansas location, scheduled to open in January 2027, as well as centers in Fayetteville and West Fayetteville expected to open around the same time. Applicants need apply only once to be considered for all locations. The organization will discuss location, preferred age group, availability and schedule, experience, credentials, and which position and location are the best fit. Potential roles include Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Lead Preschool Teacher, PreK Lead Teacher, School-Age Counselor, Receptionist, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialist. For the most common positions, responsibilities include carrying out lesson plans and curriculum, maintaining licensing requirements, completing required assessments and observations, communicating with parents and helping meet their needs, keeping the classroom clean, and having fun. The listed responsibilities may differ for less common positions. Training and experience are preferred, but O2B Kids is willing to train and support education through scholarships. Some positions may require specific credentials. Wages depend on experience, credentials, and the specific position.

Requirements

CPR/First Aid.

CDA, an associate degree, or higher is preferred but not required.
