Preschool Teacher Assistant
About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy is a multi-location school group serving preschool and elementary students. As an Assistant Teacher, you will help provide a safe, nurturing environment and work with partner teachers to support the successful operation of the classroom. This role offers an opportunity to grow a career in education and progress toward a lead teacher role. The position involves supporting students’ social and emotional development, collaborating with faculty and staff, communicating with parents or guardians, and maintaining an organized, engaging classroom. Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to connect with students.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
