About The Position

The Assistant Preschool Teacher supports the lead teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The role helps foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development; supports daily classroom routines and activities; and builds positive relationships with families and team members. The position requires following childcare licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and center policies. The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, motivated, and committed to supporting each child’s individual learning and developmental needs.
