About The Position

Super Soccer Stars is hiring a coach to lead engaging, curriculum-based soccer classes for children. The role focuses on helping young participants build confidence, coordination, skills, and a love for soccer in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. The coach follows established lesson plans, uses positive coaching, communicates with parents, and helps manage class equipment and setup. Candidates may have the opportunity to grow quickly into a Lead Coach role. This is a part-time position requiring weekday-morning availability.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, such as in teaching, coaching, childcare, or camps.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a playful personality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable and have reliable transportation.
• Availability on weekday mornings.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the program.
• Ability to pass a background check and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 2–12.
• Follow and deliver curriculum-based lesson plans.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
• Use positive coaching to build children’s confidence and skills.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
• Help set up, clean up, and manage equipment.
• Participate in training sessions and team development.
• Take on leadership responsibilities while growing into a Lead Coach.
