About The Position
Super Soccer Stars is hiring an energetic, reliable coach to lead engaging, curriculum-based soccer classes for young children. Coaches help children build confidence, coordination, skills, and a love for the game in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. The role includes delivering lesson plans, communicating with parents, managing class equipment, and participating in training and team development. Candidates may grow quickly into a Lead Coach role.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, such as in teaching, coaching, childcare, or camps.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a playful personality.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dependability and reliable transportation.
- Availability on weekday mornings.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the program.
- Ability to pass a background check and work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 2–12.
- Follow and deliver curriculum-based lesson plans.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
- Use positive coaching to build children’s confidence and skills.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
- Help set up and clean up, and manage equipment.
- Participate in training sessions and team development.
- Take on leadership responsibilities while growing into a Lead Coach.
