About The Position
Goldfish Swim School is hiring team members to support its mission of teaching children water safety and swimming skills while creating a positive experience for children and families. Depending on the role, team members may provide lifeguard supervision, teach swimming using the school's proprietary curriculum, or greet and assist members in the lobby or at the front desk. The school serves children ages 4 months to 12 years and offers paid on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and a rewarding work environment. Available roles include Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, Front Desk Representative, and Deck Supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High energy.
- Strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Keep swimmers safe through lifeguard supervision.
- Teach swimmers water safety and swimming technique in accordance with the proprietary curriculum.
- Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
