About The Position

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a Team Member to help deliver healthy, delicious food and a positive guest experience. Team Members are the foundation of the restaurant experience and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while carrying out food preparation, service, and cleaning according to brand standards. They are trained across front- and back-of-house stations and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on hospitality, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

Morning availability Monday through Friday.
No prior experience required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
Reliability, effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a guest-focused approach.

Fast-casual restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
Share menu knowledge and assist guests with special requests.
Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to standards.
Ensure food safety and quality throughout food preparation and service.
Follow cleaning procedures and maintain sanitary workspaces.
Restock supplies and maintain line efficiency throughout the shift.
Communicate clearly with peers and management.
Support a positive team environment by arriving on time and ready to contribute.
