Providence - Custodial Team Member [Early Mornings]

About The Position
As a Custodial Team Member at Megaplex, you will help provide guests with a positive entertainment experience by maintaining cleanliness throughout the theatre, including auditoriums, restrooms, the lobby, and other public areas. You will work with a team to create a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. Custodial shifts typically begin between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. for early mornings, or between 10 p.m. and midnight for overnight shifts. The theatre typically operates from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Requirements
- Exceptional cleaning skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Passion for working with a team.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina, including walking, standing, and twisting.
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Keep the theatre clean and safe for everyone.
- Ensure the building and public areas are clean.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
