About The Position
The Custodial Team Lead helps ensure guests have a positive experience by maintaining cleanliness throughout the theatre, including auditoriums, restrooms, the lobby, and other public areas. The role leads and develops the custodial team and helps create a clean, safe, welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. Custodial early-morning shifts typically begin between 5 am and 6 am.
Requirements
- Exceptional cleaning skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Passion for teaching and working with a team.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the custodial team.
- Keep the theatre clean and safe for guests and employees.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the building and public areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and the lobby.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
