Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
A love for working with children and willingness to learn (for Preschool Aide)
1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver)
PATCH-qualified (or eligible) (for Preschool Teacher)
CDA (Child Development Associate) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (for Preschool Teacher)
6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (for Preschool Teacher)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)

Responsibilities

Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children
Leading or assisting with activities like art, music, storytelling, and outdoor play
Supporting daily routines (meals, diapering, naps, transitions)
Encouraging social, emotional, and early learning development
Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team
