About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is hiring Preschool Assistant Guides at its Hillsboro school. Assistant Guides support a Montessori classroom serving children ages 3–6, helping create a calm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. They help prepare intentional learning spaces and support individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care. The role helps children build confidence and independence while supporting their development and love of learning.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
