About The Position

We are hiring for overnight manufacturing roles offering a stable, predictable 2-2-3 schedule, working only 15 days per month in a climate-controlled building. This role is ideal for individuals who are naturally night owls and prefer working overnight shifts. The position offers competitive pay with a shift differential and opportunities for overtime. We emphasize a collaborative environment focused on maintaining LEGO® quality standards, enhancing efficiency, supporting operations, and innovating together.

Requirements

Completed support to change over training.
Completed SDPPL training.
Understanding of counting machines, material handling, manual tables, and process escalation.
Completed training verified by the LVA training department.
Must be 18 years of age.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00pm-6:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED
6 months to 2 years of experience operating a machine in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure equipment and tools are in top condition and maintain a positive attitude.
Maximize the utilization of pre-pack equipment by hitting production goals and keeping reports up to date.
Keep production lines stocked with materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Fine-tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure line quality and efficiency.
Adapt and tackle challenges as they arise.
