Requirements

Completed support to change over training
Completed SDPPL training
Understanding of counting machines
Understanding of material handling
Understanding of manual tables
Understanding of process escalation
Completed training verified by the LVA training department
Must be 18 years of age
Willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule
Willing to stand, walk, lift, and move

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED
6 months to 2 years of experience of operating a machine in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

Ensure equipment and tools are in top condition and bring a positive attitude to every task
Uphold the legendary LEGO® quality standards
Maximize the utilization of pre-pack equipment
Hit production goals and keep reports up to date
Keep lines stocked with materials
Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Proactively approach safety and quality procedures
Fine-tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure the line’s quality and efficiency
Adapt and tackle exciting challenges as they arise
