Requirements

  • Completed support to change over training
  • Completed SDPPL training
  • Understanding of counting machines
  • Understanding of material handling
  • Understanding of manual tables
  • Understanding of process escalation
  • Completed training verified by the LVA training department
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule
  • Willing to stand, walk, lift, and move

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience of operating a machine in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment and tools are in top condition and bring a positive attitude to every task
  • Uphold the legendary LEGO® quality standards
  • Maximize the utilization of pre-pack equipment
  • Hit production goals and keep reports up to date
  • Keep lines stocked with materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Proactively approach safety and quality procedures
  • Fine-tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure the line’s quality and efficiency
  • Adapt and tackle exciting challenges as they arise
