Requirements

  • Completed support to change over training
  • Completed SDPPL training
  • Understanding of counting machines
  • Understanding of material handling
  • Understanding of manual tables
  • Understanding of process escalation
  • Completed training verified by the LVA training department
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move
  • Willing to undergo drug screening as part of a drug-free workplace policy

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience of operating a machine in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment and tools are in top condition and maintain a positive attitude to uphold legendary LEGO® quality standards.
  • Maximize the utilization of pre-pack equipment, hit production goals, and keep reports up to date to enhance efficiency.
  • Keep production lines stocked with materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace, proactively approaching safety and quality procedures.
  • Fine-tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure line quality and efficiency, adapting to and tackling challenges as they arise.
