Saz’s Catering is seeking experienced Prep/Production Cooks to join their culinary team. This versatile role will involve preparing food in the production kitchen for catering events and assisting on-site at events. Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the individual will be responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste, and consistency. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure familiarity with specific menus and procedures. This role is variable part-time. Saz’s State House opened in 1976, and Saz’s Hospitality Group has grown for 50 years, offering catering, festivals, and retail throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
