Working in our dynamic, high-volume kitchens, you'll master knife skills and techniques that set the stage for every memorable meal. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • A true passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols, kitchen equipment, and basic prep tools
  • Ability to follow recipes and accommodate allergy/dietary restrictions accurately
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal responsibility for quality work
  • Team-oriented mindset with a coachable attitude
  • Clean work habits and a commitment to a safe, organized kitchen environment
  • Ability to thrive in repetitive tasks and keep a steady pace under pressure
  • Willingness to work early, mid-day, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
  • Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand

Responsibilities

  • Produce consistent, high-quality prep work that supports flawless final dishes—done with precision and a positive attitude
  • Take ownership of your station, cooking and plating with care and minimal supervision
  • Step into any kitchen support role as needed, maintaining harmony with fellow back-of-house teammates
  • Follow established systems for recipes, food storage, labeling, and prep rotation to maintain high standards of efficiency and compliance
  • Uphold pristine cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the kitchen
  • Embrace feedback and guidance from culinary leaders as a path to growth and excellence
  • Learn and live our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to enhance the guest experience through your behind-the-scenes contributions
