Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking the quality of, washing, cutting and preparing the produce and food goods in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s procedures.
- Familiarize with the standard cutting size of all vegetables.
- Take care and attention to wash vegetables thoroughly.
