About The Position

Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, complete assigned prep work, and help keep kitchen stations stocked and set up. The role contributes to a safe, welcoming environment and calls for someone who works well with teammates and can act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation role is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
