About The Position

Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to recipes, completing prep work, stocking and setting up stations, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants should be friendly and caring, able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, and able to use common food-preparation equipment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
