About The Position

Prep Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food, complete assigned prep work, stock and set up stations, and follow recipe, safety, and sanitation procedures. The role contributes to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment and calls for teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
