About The Position

Marbled & Fin is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Prep Cook to join their culinary team in Savannah, GA. This is the second location for Marbled & Fin, which is expanding from its Charleston roots and joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio. Marbled & Fin is known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, offering a lively yet polished setting. The restaurant features premium cuts of beef, high-quality seafood, an expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection. The team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
• Reliable, focused, and eager to learn
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
• Wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards
• Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
• Support daily cleaning and closing procedures
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently
