About The Position

The Prep Cook is a Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Member responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting an efficient, safe, and welcoming kitchen. The role involves following recipes, preparing foods using different methods, completing assigned prep work, and stocking and setting up stations. Candidates should be friendly, work well with teammates, and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service or preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
