About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help set the pace for a clean and sanitary shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant and its grounds, handling trash and cleaning chemicals safely, and working with management to address maintenance needs. Team members also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and follow company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety laws.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to guidelines and procedures.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
