About The Position
Line Cooks at Chili's, known internally as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role involves following recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and keeping orders moving continuously from the kitchen. Chili's seeks team members who take pride in teamwork and help create a safe, welcoming environment. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
