About The Position

The Prep Cook works on the Food & Beverage team at a mountain resort, preparing a range of food items in a fun, teamwork-oriented environment. The role offers an opportunity to learn the culinary side of food and beverage operations and develop new skills. Employees help deliver a positive experience for guests and fellow employees by following the company’s core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun. This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027 with full-time hours available. Housing is available. Starting pay is $20 per hour. No formal experience is needed, and the company will teach the skills required to perform the job safely.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• No formal experience is needed; necessary skills will be taught.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share a passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow leadership guidelines outlined during daily pre-shift meetings.
• Prepare a range of food items in a teamwork-oriented environment.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations during and at the end of the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
