About The Position

Prep Cooks are Kitchen (Heart of House) Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food and complete prep work to stock and set up stations while following Chili’s recipes, safety procedures, and sanitation policies. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment and calls for teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Chili’s offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
