About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food and drink service while delivering hospitality and personalized service. The role includes explaining menu offerings, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Servers must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
