About The Position
Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and keeping kitchen stations stocked and set up. They provide dependable, fast service while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. The role involves following recipes, preparing a variety of foods using different methods, and complying with company safety and sanitation procedures. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
