About The Position

Prep Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing and stocking kitchen stations. They prepare a variety of foods using different methods, follow recipe procedures, and comply with company safety and sanitation policies. They also contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The role suits someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
