About The Position
The Works is seeking a food service professional to join its back-of-house team in Concord, New Hampshire. The role involves preparing food in a fast-paced café environment and supporting consistent food quality and service. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Prior food preparation experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to stand and walk for periods of 8 or more hours per shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and repeatedly transport objects during a shift.
