About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing foods according to recipes and procedures, completing prep work, stocking and setting up stations, and following safety and sanitation policies. Team Members contribute to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
