About The Position

Prep Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food, complete assigned prep work, stock and set up stations, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The role calls for someone who works well with a team and can act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
