About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and are responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food by following recipe procedures, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and help ensure orders continue flowing from the kitchen. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contributing to a safe, welcoming atmosphere for team members and guests. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

- Communicate ticket times to team members.
