About The Position

Immanuel Communities is hiring a Prep Cook/Dishwasher at Grand Lodge, a community with 109 independent living and 10 assisted living apartment homes, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. This position is scheduled for 20 hours per week: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Holidays are required if they fall on regularly scheduled workdays. Pay is up to $17.86 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The role supports kitchen operations by stocking supplies, cleaning the kitchen, preparing and storing food, and washing dishes. A high school diploma or GED, one year of food preparation experience, and a minimum age of 18 are required. A background check and drug screen are required before hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
