About The Position

FLIK, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a people-focused Floor Manager to help lead the team at the AMEX Centurion Lounge at Salt Lake City International Airport. The role assists with the overall management of food service operations, leads and inspires team members, and helps maintain corporate and brand standards. The manager supports all lounge functions and works to deliver superior food, service, and hospitality to clients, customers, and associates.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, or related food service operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of food.
Financial experience and business acumen.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet use.
Flexible schedule and open availability, including opening and closing shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while maximizing value for the client.
Help ensure superior food, service, and hospitality for clients, customers, and associates of the AMEX Centurion Lounge.
Assist with hiring, training, and developing lounge team members.
Support all functions of the lounge.
Maintain strong relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other departments within the operation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
