About The Position
The Premium Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guests in premium clubs, suites, and VIP hospitality areas. This role supports seamless service by ensuring orders are accurate, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner. The Premium Food Runner works closely with suite attendants, culinary teams, and supervisors to provide an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Must be able to verify order accuracy prior to delivery and ensure proper presentation standards are met.
- Must maintain communication with culinary, suite service, and supervisory teams to ensure efficient service.
- Must respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Must stock and replenish food, beverages, utensils, and service supplies as needed.
- Must ensure cleanliness and organization of service stations, pantries, and premium hospitality areas.
- Must follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards.
- Must assist with event-day operational tasks and support team members as needed.
- Must help create a memorable guest experience through attentive and efficient service.
