About The Position

We are looking for a Premium Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a premium admin, you will manage food and beverage orders through ordering software for premium departments, maintain ongoing communication with clientele regarding their ordering needs, and support the planning, setup, and breakdown of premium events. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain food and beverage orders using ordering and POS platforms, including (but not limited to) TapIn2, Shift4, and Momentous.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clientele, delivering white glove service experience for food and beverage orders in VIP and premium areas.
  • Review, interpret, and modify Banquet Event Orders to ensure accuracy and accommodate changing guest or operational needs.
  • Generate, review, and analyze reports related to preorders, sales performance, and product distribution to support operational and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of guest food and beverage requirements.
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
