We are seeking a proactive and structured Administrative Assistant to support Customer Unit US Hyperscalers and Regional Accounts (CU US HRA), based in Plano, Texas. CU US HRA is focused on growing its business by building, supporting, and innovating the networks that matter to the United States and beyond, and this role is a key enabler of that mission by helping our leadership and account teams focus on core business and customer priorities while you orchestrate the administrative backbone that keeps the unit running smoothly. As a trusted partner and administrative expert, you will be at the center of coordinating our internal ways of working and ensuring our operations reflect Ericsson’s culture of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity. While the role is based in the United States, certain accounts will also require you to coordinate international activities and events, supporting teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones. You will play an important part in how we engage with our customers and internal stakeholders, helping to drive commercial success while upholding our Code of Business Ethics, including strong anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption standards.
