About The Position

LakeVille Middle School is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Premier Substitute to help maintain a positive and productive learning environment when regular teachers are unavailable. The ideal candidate has a passion for education, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to engage and motivate middle school students. Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration.
• Provide feedback on student progress and classroom dynamics to regular teachers.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources as needed.
• Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
