Provide outreach and support services to pregnant and parenting youth ages 16–24 of all genders who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of becoming homeless, running away, or transitioning from out‑of‑home placement. This position delivers street‑based and community outreach, distributes basic needs supplies for youth and their children, completes Coordinated Entry assessments, and connects youth to housing, healthcare, prenatal and parenting supports, childcare, education, and other essential resources. The role also provides education to community members and organizations about issues facing youth and young families experiencing homelessness, and collaborates with community partners, the StreetWorks Collaborative, law enforcement, and local businesses to ensure coordinated, trauma‑informed, and equitable services.
