Bay State Community Services is looking for an Youth Outreach Worker who is ready to jump in, connect with youth, and support meaningful change across our community. As a Youth Outreach Worker, you’ll be on the front lines of engagement—building relationships, offering support, and helping young people access the resources they need to succeed. This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone who believes in the power of connection and community.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED, Associates Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field
  • Experience with the child/adolescent population and experience in clinical/residential setting preferred
  • Experience with systems, especially DMH preferred
  • Individuals with lived experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Additional languages are desirable
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
  • Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
