About The Position
The Precertification Nurse (Precert Nurse) is assigned specific departments or services and handles all precertification needs for those areas. Remote work is possible. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Graduate certificate from an accredited school of nursing, LPN or RN program.
- Current Mississippi state license.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain composure in fast-paced and stressful situations and timelines.
- Be timely and dependable.
- Multi-task, work independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Complete documentation accurately and follow existing workflows.
